That gloss, that magnetic charm, That attractive look, the tender skin, all a part of a beauty quotient. Day in and Day out we are continuously exposed to media advertisements as to how a Heroines hair looks as smooth as silk or how an actor overcame the problem dandruff. There are constant hypes as to how people can let their skin glow by using a particular brand of soap. Wish life were as simple as that.
All those layers of make up, and chemical cosmetics are bound to take a toll sooner or later. No soap manufacturer will ever tell you that his product will have certain long term ramifications. He will push for the sale of his product because his bread and butter depends on that. The best that any beauty product can do is enhance your looks for a few hours, thats it, just a mask to hide all the realities temporarily.
In the market we now have cloned herbal products, again taking you away from actual truth. I call them cloned products because genuine herbal products may not contain harmful chemicals but these are solutions that have been passed on to us through generations. So where exactly are the solutions. Again these are time tested tips that a non beauty specialist has tried and found to be totally safe:
- Never touch you face frequently with your hands. the Human face has extremely sensitive skin. The moment you touch them with your hands all the dirt that remains on your fingers are unknowingly passed on to your face. If you must wipe your face with a tissue paper or soft towel.
- Traditional Coconut Oil is best for your hair, nothing else can ever beat it. No shampoo, No Gel. Nothing
- The kind of food that you take also intake also plays a very important role in upkeep of beauty. Again this can be disputed. I would be a strong advocate of vegetarian food with a lot of greens.
- Wash your face with ice water or simply rub and ice cube with a tsp of honey on the face. Beat an egg white until it peaks and brush onto your skin and let dry. You will feel the stretch in the skin. wash face with icy cold water.
- Above all keeping our thoughts pure and sacred will keep beauty glowing for years to come. Remember that facial beauty is only temporary and it is the legacy that you leave behind is what people and generations to come will always remember.
